Gegen ihn lag ein von Ungarn ausgestellter Europäischer Haftbefehl vor, doch er wurde unter Auflagen freigelassen, bis über seine mögliche Auslieferung an Ungarn entschieden wird.

Sie haben Gedanken aus dem Marxismus-Leninismus verbreitet, das Klassenbewusstsein gefördert, und insbesondere ist hervorzuheben, dass sie die sozialistische Revolution als revolutionären Krieg begreifen und eine Partei aufbauen wol­len, die dem angemessen ist. Allerdings haben sie auch ihre Begrenzungen, da sie Hoxhas Revision des Marxismus gutheißen und den Maoismus ablehnen. In ihren Texten zur Kritik des Marxismus-Leninismus-Maoismus sind sie immer wieder auf trotzkistische und chruschtowianische Standpunk­te zurückgefallen. Schlimmer noch wiegt ihre opportunistische Haltung gegenüber der radikalen Linken. Da sie sich mit der kleinbürgerlichen Linken versöhnen wollen, versuchen sie den subjekti­vistischen Idealismus mit dem Marxismus zu verschmelzen. Das Ergebnis davon ist der Text „Ge­schlecht – eine marxistisch-leninistische Betrachtung“.
