Questa situazione, che intacca sensibilmente il reale e sostanziale accesso al diritto alla casa e all’abitare, è figlia di precise scelte politiche, a cominciare da uno sviluppo territoriale imperniato sulla rendita e sulla speculazione, teso ad attrarre i grandi capitali svendendo pezzo dopo pezzo il nostro territorio.
