Verwaltungsgericht stoppt Görli-Schließung: Schwere Niederlage für den Berliner Senat. Das Verwaltungsgericht Berlin hat die aufschiebende Wirkung der Klage von fünf Anwohnenden gegen die nächtliche Schließung des Görlitzer Parks wiederhergestellt. Der Beschluss bedeutet, dass die Schließung des Parks vorerst nicht vollzogen werden darf. Das ist eine Klatsche für den Senat! Das Gericht macht deutlich, dass der Senat den Bezirk zu einer Maßnahme angewiesen hat, die damals offensichtlich rechtswidrig gewesen wäre.
