Abbiamo ricevuto notizie che nelle ultime settimane nel carcere di Quarto d’Asti è stato introdotto il regime chiuso, una scelta che mira a punire e isolare ancora di più le persone rinchiuse.  La custodia chiusa riduce i tempi di apertura delle celle prevedendo solo 4 ore di passeggio (l’aria) e al massimo altre 4 ore durante la giornata all’interno della sezione.
