La paulatina superación del conflicto industrial pone en entredicho el uso de la huelga como única herramienta eficaz de conflicto colectivo. El nuevo sistema productivo y la terciarización del conflicto obligan a revisar las medidas de conflicto colectivo desde la perspectiva de los derechos fundamentales. Su ejercicio y límites debe estar vinculado necesariamente a la acción sindical, contenido esencial de la libertad sindical. L’Andra vient de communiquer sur une « actualisation » du coût du projet Cigéo : 37,5 milliards €. Un non évènement, car l’Andra annonçait déjà la somme de 35,9 milliards € fin des années 2010 (1). Une pure opération de communication donc, qui masque le vrai prix du projet industriel le plus hasardeux du siècle ?
