On Mother’s Day the 11th of May, protesters oposing Donald Trump and Fascism showed up at Orlando’s Lake Eola Park. Bike cops hung out almost out of sight in the park but presumably oriented on the protest. One protester’s sign protrayed a guillotine, another called out Hegseth’s ACTUAL gang tattoos in contrast to transgender troops being booted out of the US military. Unlike Hegseth’s gang tattoos (an “offense” others have been sent to CECOT for), trans troops do not threaten anything in the military save Trump’s anti-constittutional auto-coup ambitions.

Prosluněnou odpolední sobotu 10. května na pražském Žižkově proběhlo první setkání kolektivu antimilitaristického zpravodaje Dezertér, aby založilo tradici měsíčních setkání antimilitaristů a antimilitaristek. Na setkáních se neprobírají jen záležitosti týkající se Dezertéra, ale mnoho dalších různých témat a posiluje se vzájemná sounáležitost a přátelské vztahy. Koneckonců je skvělý pocit se sejít, sdílet čas a bavit se s lidmi se stejným názorem na svět. Po seznamovacím kolečku, proběhlo představení dosavadní činnosti a její zhodnocení.
