Auch heute mussten wir ohne Mikrofonanlage auskommen. Die Richter*innen bemühten sich zwar im Vergleich zum Vortag öfter, lauter und deutlicher zu sprechen, was die Verständlichkeit an Stellen verbesserte. Insgesamt blieb es aber unmöglich, alles zu verstehen, weshalb auch dieser Bericht nicht alles beinhaltet.

Zu Beginn des Verhandlungstages machte Richter Stoll die Ansage, dass die Mikrofonanlage kaputt sei und er versuchen werde, so laut zu sprechen, dass die Verfahrensbeteiligten ihn verstehen.
