Das Trillke Gut liegt in der Steinbergstraße 42, 31139 Hildesheim. Du kannst es mit dem Fahrrad, Bus oder Auto erreichen. Vor dem Haus gibt es einen Wendekreis zum Aussteigen. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich an der Steinbergstraße. Die Fahrradwege zum Trillke und auf dem Gelände selber sind asphaltiert und beleuchtet.Die nächste Bushaltestelle heißt Waldquelle. Sie ist 450m vom Trillke Gut entfernt. Hier fahren die Buslinien 3, 6, 103 und 104. Die letzte Abfahrt am Freitag ist die 103 richtung Hildesheimer Wald um 23:39. An der Haltestelle Dammtor fährt ein Nachtbus in Richtung Zentrum. Die Haltestelle ist 1,3 km vom Trillke entfernt.
