O Ministério da Justiça renovou por mais dois anos o regime 41bis – o regime carcerário severo, ou seja, tortura estatal – para o anarquista Alfredo Cospito, detido na prisão de Cagliari e sujeito ao regime 41bis desde 2022. Há poucos dias, Cospito teve seu acesso a livros e CDs negado na prisão. A sentença era esperada para 4 de maio, mas já foi comunicada hoje (30/04) ao advogado de defesa Flavio Rossi Albertini.
