Incarcerated in a so-called “well” prison, he had begun a 267-day hunger strike to protest his prison conditions and obtain a transfer to a less restrictive prison. His request was granted, but his health deteriorated significantly after a medical procedure, leading to his death in a hospital in Antalya. Το Σάββατο 27/6 βρεθήκαμε στα Γιάννενα, μετά από πρόσκληση των συντρόφων/ισσών της Αναρχικής Ομάδας A Batalha, για να συμμετάσχουμε σε αντιπολεμική εκδήλωση. Κατά την διάρκεια της εκδήλωσης συζητήσαμε επάνω στην μπροσούρα μας “Ειρήνη στις καλύβες, πόλεμος στα παλάτια”, αλλά και γενικότερα επάνω στο ζήτημα της ανάγκης δόμησης ενός αντιπολεμικού κινήματος. Ευχαριστούμε τους/τις συντρόφους/ισσες για την φιλοξενία, καθώς και όσους/ες παρακολούθησαν την εκδήλωση και συμμετείχαν στην συζήτηση. In questa nuova rubrica voglio quindi parlarvi di questi semi nascosti, ovvero canzoni ascrivibili al più ampio contesto dell’anarcho folk contemporaneo per sonorità, testi, etica e attitudine, ma composte da band e collettivi musicali impegnati a suonare generi molto diversi dal folk in tutte le sue incarnazioni.
