Wir halten diese Pläne angesichts der zahlreichen noch bestehenden Baustellen für ziemlich optimistisch – dennoch ist klar, dass wir irgendwann mit dieser Situation konfrontiert sein werden, da Kai Wegner sein symbolpolitisches Prestige-Projekt durchziehen will. Dass die nächtliche Schließung keine positiven Effekte, sondern nur Verdrängung zur Folge haben wird und völlig gegen die Belange und Bedürfnisse der Anwohner*innen und Nutzer*innen geschehen soll, interessiert bei CDU und SPD ganz offensichtlich niemanden. Wir werden diese populistische Machtdemonstration jedoch nicht hinnehmen und juristische Schritte dagegen einleiten.

Ab dem 1. März (zufällig der Tag an dem der Kiezrundgang stattfindet) will der CDU-SPD-Senat den Görli nachts schließen -wir sind skeptisch und schauen uns das mal genauer an. (english below) Am 1. März will der CDU-SPD-Senat laut Medienberichten den Görlitzer Park nachts schließen. Wir halten diese Pläne angesichts der zahlreichen noch bestehenden Baustellen für ziemlich optimistisch – dennoch ist klar, dass wir irgendwann mit dieser Situation konfrontiert sein werden, da Kai Wegner sein symbolpolitisches Prestige-Projekt durchziehen will. Dass die nächtliche Schließung keine positiven Effekte, sondern nur Verdrängung zur Folge haben wird und völlig gegen die Belange und Bedürfnisse der Anwohner*innen und Nutzer*innen geschehen soll, interessiert bei CDU und SPD ganz offensichtlich niemanden. Wir werden diese populistische Machtdemonstration jedoch nicht hinnehmen und juristische Schritte dagegen einleiten.
