在西方国家做中国议题的华人（包括新移民）相对于在大陆的中国人的社会关系、特权位置、和所承受政治风险的不平均性，让这些华人不仅影响低，干涉姿态完全忽略了当下的切身行动，有时无法避免地涉及挪用、覆盖在地中国人的声音和行动，在不同程度上凭此获名利。 这不是想指出海外-在地联系中的道德谱系，因为像学者一样写一些“伦理研究原则与规范”不能解决问题。 我想的是，根据大部分华人的介入方式和手上的政治/信息工具来说，大部分人没有能力和位置为国内的运动造势造力，甚至从小市民视角不断地制造苦难porn。 即便少数人不再借题捧意见领袖臭脚（不可能），专攻中国议题的海外华人（不论是女权还是黄右）的现存政治形式对行动者自身的影响比“声援对象”大太多。 讨论对策时，我不想过分强调华人力量薄弱来自于我们和海外的在地政治联系太弱，因为这种框架还是在默认中国是唯一政治核心。 我的意思就是：从策略有效性上来说，大部分海外华人应该转移政治重心到海外的在地行动。 西方国家内有压迫吗？或者说具有资产阶级特征的华人是不是已经通过角逐体面自足——像某些国内的人一样——完成了与殖民主义国家和全球资本的和解？（还自以为比国内的资产阶级手更干净） “重心”转到肉身位置意思是“重心”应该从聊政治转到线下认识人做事情。其实这有意味不明的地方，因为线下/线上政治力量增益的边界在模糊，而且我们也需要线下聊政治 “线下聊政治”这一部分其实很关键，因为它不仅涉及你可以如何介入和改变你所在的地方的组织者，更重要的是它涉及如何动员其他海外华人。 现实是，即便动员海外的流散社群去支援和改变西方草根左翼，也需要紧扣国内的政治议题。不是针对一个单一同质且看似是西方国家宿敌的CCP符号，而是围绕具体人、事件和政治实体（资本主义、殖民主义、父权制） 在这方面，华人从白纸运动中吸取的动员力短暂且无效，而且反思也一般没有超出小圈子。 平行对比，同样被中产移民青年领导的加拿大留学生争取居留权的运动和巴勒斯坦解放群众运动，都更呼应了近十年内印度、加沙/西岸境内的抗议策略，比如2020-2021年的印度农民抗议和“回归大游行”。 这种提议有时会被误解为“抛弃在地中国同胞”，因为华人在离境的时候已经因为各种自愿或被迫因素与中国在地的处境隔离了。所谓无国界的政治在现在是不存在的。如前文所述，即便做海外在地的组织工作我们也必须从国内同胞身上学习。
